Going Vertical

Welcome to Going Vertical

As sports become more prevalent in our society, competitive athletes seek advanced levels of performance and more sophisticated ways of achieving total athleticism.

Today a totally new tool, athletic performance enhancement centers, plays a key role in athletic performance. At Going Vertical, we believe that a sports performance facility is the next big step in the exploding sports field. Building on the success of our prototype facility in Omaha, Nebraska, we represent a dynamic licensing opportunity for sports-minded individuals and groups.

Start up is comparatively fast, easy, and economical. License support is comprehensive. Competition, in most markets, is non-existent, while potential financial returns are truly impressive.

About Going Vertical

Going Vertical is a unique sports performance training organization focused at improving athleticism for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Our network of licensed facilities throughout the U.S. is in the process of rapid expansion into various cities throughout the world. Going Vertical has been groomed for over 10 years to give our athletes improvements and results, and to provide our licensees an opportunity to operate a successful business that is fun and inexpensive in comparison to all other sports enhancement franchises or license business concepts. GV facilitates progressive programs for speed, agility, and power development to unlock the potential of every committed athlete willing to gain an edge. By focusing on the fundamentals of athleticism, we accelerate improvement and ultimately enhance sports performance. The lesser skilled athlete can benefit from the GV training programs by improving form and coordination as a beginning objective.

Our programs are proven effective…from recreational to professional; thousands of athletes have made Going Vertical an integral part of their training regimen. Our unique equipment and innovative concepts coupled with an expert staff will produce results. Well over 1,000 athletes (male/female) who trained with GV have gone on to excel in college (D-1, 2, 3/NAIA/JUCO), pro, and even U.S. Olympic training teams.

Going Vertical History

In 1998, Going Vertical opened the doors to its prototype facility in Omaha, NE. Based on the basic principles of performance enhancement training and partnered with the most cutting edge technology in the market, the new way of athletic training was created. Over the years, we have fine tuned the science behind our training techniques, the efficiency of our business model, and have always strived to remain the elite organization in the marketplace. The objective is to enhance and sustain measured performance safely.

When you walk into a Going Vertical throughout the United States, it is our goal to give athletes and parents a unique training experience unlike anywhere they have been before. Our super treadmills, interactive Cybex Trazer, Plyometric Zones, specialized resistance equipment, and entertaining environment get athletes excited to workout. We aren’t a weight room, Going Vertical is an experience. Our program provides results for our athletes and encourages teamwork in group training settings

GV has constantly worked to improve training processes for continued improvement. As new equipment was developed, our training staff has looked for ways to develop protocols to affect results. Business methodology has changed, as well. Original advertising and marketing strategies are constantly revamped. Charting and report visualization tools are also improving constantly.

As a License versus a Franchise our business model was and remains flexible so that the Licensee can mold the business to their respective business needs and the peculiarities of different markets. An inner city facility versus a wealthy suburb obviously has different challenges, mostly socio-economic. An add-on service inside an existing health club, for example, may need to coordinate with issues and scheduling of the existing club programs. Flexibility, while maintaining the training and program integrity, is paramount. This strategy should help the Licensee operate a successful business.
